POWER RANKINGS FOR SOME POWER SHANKINGS FOR OTHERS

Week 7-- By Giuseppe

1) Givin' Him The Business (4-2)
- The top 5 was a difficult decision but so far you have had to play the most brutal schedule and your losses have come to only top teams. That's why your number 1 for THIS week. Its time to play Steve Slaton every week. He is worth the gamble and has pooping on teams with his ability to catch passes out in the flat. Nantus is no easy task. With Brady and Welker playing out in Tampa he is going to get a TON of points so be ready for a high scoring affair. @ Givin' Him The Business: Tell peanut Willhoft that I am coming for him in a couple of weeks. Haha I love it

2) Hurricane Nantus (4-2)- Straight Diddy this week leading the league with points and you could of made it worse by playing Sydney Rice instead of Percy Harvin (bone headed by the way). That magical trade could not of happened at a better time and was the deciding factor in your victory this week. Time to give Addai a starting roll on your roster Bush just wont get it worth all that depth in the RB position for New Orleans. Marion Barber and Flacco for Addai and Rice. Get back to me on that.

3) Big Daddy's Eagles (4-2)- Its great to have a deep roster in fantasy football but sometimes when your too deep it can shoot you in the foot. McNabb definitely let you down this week and you can expect him to do that again. Farve starting would of provided you with a victory and gave you the #1 spot hands down. Love the fact that you played Ray Rice instead of Stephen Jackson. Ray is such a stud! Doesn't he remind you of a young Maurice Jones Drew?

4) Special Eli's Money Team (4-2)- I know what your thinking why am I #4 after scoring 101 this week. Simple 50% of your victories have come against your wives team. Its time to beat some real opponents. Your week division is giving you a easy bye into the playoffs but your on my radar for being upset your first game of the playoffs. Lets not look into the future too much because your team is strong and you did just acquire Moss(inconsistent this season) and MJD (I want him so bad). Make me eat my words if you don't like my ranking... beat a worthy opponent.

5) Shanghi Knights (4-2)- Listen you dropped 2 in a row and a Monday night nail biter with Chris put you down here but should be easy to get back up with players coming back from a bye. The RB situation for the Knights have been killing them. McGahee was a bust trade and Morris breaks his ankle on the 1st handoff of the game. Eddie Royal was nice on Monday night but don't expect that to happen every week. Get your RB situation dealt with or you wont even make the playoffs.

6) The Furious River Fish (3-3) Way to put some points up and get a much need victory that places you in the middle of the pack and could get you closer to the top next week. A matchup with Knights is good timing for you as they have dropped 2 in a row. A lot of people wrote off D. Williams this season but he got in done on Sunday. Rothelisberger is throwing a lot more this season and is finding some success maybe picking him 4th in the draft wasn't that bad...haha I was just kidding

7) The Blue Chippers (3-3) Drew Brees played solid for you again and provides the points your going to need all season to win games which might not be that good. Depending on 1 player to get a majority of your points every week wont get you far especially late in the season if they make the playoffs early and may be rested. Its time to make some TRANSACTIONS...haha I bet I am the only one to laugh at that! Crabtree is starting this week and you dropped him. Could be interesting!

8) Party in My Pants (2-4) What can I say? You work harder than everyone else and always fall a little short. The good thing is I think your getting the hang of this fantasy football thing and if we could have a redraft you could of got some better pieces to start with besides Cassel and Vick. What were you thinking? Maybe you can trade your whole team to Michael for Drew Brees? Haha j/k...Mike would you think about it?

9) Back to the Razor (1-5) Even though he beat you twice it doesn't mean he wears the pants around the house we all know that. You still managed to put some points up and Tony Romo is coming back from a bye week. Its time to get excited and turn some things around. We still have 7 games left...anything can happen

10) Team Kontur (1-5) I bet you don't even know if you won or lost? Soooooo....yeah ummmmmm RIGHT! Good luck next week...

Liz's Crystal Pepsi Interview with the up and coming Chris Conant

Christopher Conant’s Hurricane Nantus is currently 4-2 and is coming off a 2 game winning streak. I have taken this opportunity to get to know a little more about the man, the myth and the legend. – Liz “Pepsi not Coke” Chin

· Q: Nantus, you were down by 50 points coming into the 4:00 games. After your last loss to the Knights were you afraid of history repeating itself? Or did you feel confident with your new trade for Tom Brady?

A: The Hurricane Nantus is a team with a purpose. After patiently waiting for my time to strike I was able to work a deal and pick up the one Tom Brady. The Knights we're merely a speed bump on my path to greatness.

· Q: Complete this analogy.

Seppe is to You as

Brittney Spears is to…

A: Madonna

So you're going to scandalously make out on MTV?

- “NO! Madonna is what Britney has always wanted to be but never will achieve the success or greatness of”

· Q: What was going through your head immediately following the blockbuster trade between you and Matt? As a follow-up, how do you feel about it now?

A: Following the trade I knew I would have to answer to some haters. I did give up a lot but it was a very calculated risk one I thought was worth taking. A certain Knights owner did call it "the worst trade of the decade". So that really hurt.

· Q: If you do in fact trade The Knights Sidney Rice for a floating holiday, will you make Giuseppe dress like you and have him update BGs to complete on your extra day off? Keep in mind he will need to grow his hair out in order to make the swap believable.

A: The opportunity to receive one of Giuseppe's coveted floating holidays really put an interesting spin on fantasy football trades. If need be I would shave my head the day before I took the holiday. Let's face it Seppe could never achieve/maintain this beautiful mane of hair. Also *no one would never notice if someone else was sitting in my desk.

To Giuseppe's credit that man loves to wheel and deal. He understands the magnitude of what a blockbuster can do. He keeps his game tight.

· Q: Who would you say is the greatest stud and the worst dud on your current roster? What plans do you have as the manager of Hurricane Nantus to improve the team's short comings.

A: Biggest stud has to be Wes Welker, that guy can play. I'm a sucker for the underdog story. The cards have been stacked up against him his whole life but through hard work and determination he has overcome all obstacles.

Biggest dud no question is Run DMC. I'm not ready to give up on him quite yet because I believe in his potential but he has been a huge bummer.

Short comings? Let's just say I want Andre Johnson.

· Q: Will you ever Suit Up?

A: I'm still looking for the pet shop/tailor combo to get a perfect fitting custom suit, so until then...

· Q: After flying under the radar for a few weeks and having a huge break out, do you see any struggling teams in the league taking big steps up? If so, do you have any words of inspiration for these underdogs?

A: JD, god bless his heart, always seems to fall just short of where he should be. I know with his continued trade efforts and playing Ronnie Brown on a weekly basis good things are coming.

This is the point of the season when we get a good idea of who the real contenders are. The cream always rises to the top, keep your game tight.

· Q: Your trademark booty shake - is that something you can apply to ANY song? Or only songs by Miley Cyrus?

A: Some of my other favorite booty shaking songs include Nelly's always classic "Shake ya tail feather" and the unforgettable "Back that Azz Up" but Juvenille. But let's face facts, it’s a Miley Cyrus world and we're just living in it.

· Q: What do you use to get your hair to achieve that perfect superman wave? Is it papaya extract?

A: Superman hair? It hurts to be this good. Fate has me highly skilled and loaded with talent.

· Q: Is there anything else you want the people to know about Christopher Conant and Hurricane Nantus. A Mission Statement perhaps?

A: I'd like to take this time to talk to you about the importance of fire safety around the workplace. It is important for everyone to be aware of all fire exits and the proper escape procedure if a fire were to break out. Giuseppe Leone will be holding a fire safety seminar on the first of every Saturday at his home in East Longmeadow. The seminars will last for 5 hours beginning at 6 AM and will cover everything you need to know. A sign up sheet will be posted at Michael Willhoft's desk.

Good luck this week! Get through you're byes and injuries all our teams are suffering a little bit right now but the true champions will rise out of the ashes and claim victory!
